Building Stronger Communities
This theme is designed to ensure that everyone living in
Moray has equal access to lifelong learning opportunities, housing provision and
other key services regardless of age, gender and disability. The Building
Stronger Communities Group is responsible for these issues. The Chair of the
Group is Councillor Eric McGillivray. Lead officers are John Ferguson, Community Planning
and Development Manager, and Jill Stewart, Chief Housing Officer.
