Elgin Academy have agreed to promote the funding they have received (£600.00) from the Anti-Social Behaviour Fund after the school summer holidays.  More..

It is still planned to officially open the new recreational area for young people, families and the local community this year.

Action Group Parking
As reqported in the press the car parking charges at Dr Grays Hospital have been dropped.  The significance of this change of policy will be discussed at the next Action Group Parking meeting.  More...

Elgin North Area Forum have invited the Practice Manger at Victoria Crescent Medical Centre to discuss the moving to the centre to the new Springfield retail park to New Elgin.  More..

Community Allotments
The Elgin Allotment Projects Steering Group had a very successful trip to Nairn to visit allotments which was also attended by representatives from the Keith and Forres groups who are also looking for allotment sites in their area.  More..

The Youth Voice
enables young people aged 12-25 to discuss common concerns and ways of improving the quality of life in their area. 

It is supported by the Local Community and Learning Development Worker (Youth) and provides representatives to the Moray-wide Youth Council.
